Open Cap With Key.... if you have a key! If not you will need to punch out lock. |
| Once open remove screws at 5, 7, & 12 |

the remaining screw to remove is the screw that was underneath the cap at 5 o'clock. |

Alternate Method if no key: drill 1/4" hole at 5 o'clock remove screw through hole remove 3 screws at 7, 5, & 12 |
