Hello out there. I'm sorry but I wont be doing any tech tips for a while. For the last 15 years I have been a member of the Naval Reserve Seabees. For those of you unfamiliar, seabees are the navy's construction force.

Anyway,
in response to Mr Bush's call for a partial mobilization of reservists, my unit has been activated to support Operation Noble Eagle (homeland defense). I will be out of California for about a year (and possibly up to two).

As you may imagine this will be a major impact on my life and especially my wife and three girls. My immediate focus will now be on extra specific mission training and adjusting to full time deployed military life.

Unfortunately bikes will be very low on my mind so I wont be doing tech tips for a while.
